Shipping

Orders can take from 2-7 days to process. This is a one-woman operated business, please have patience!

Processing does not include shipping time so when you pay for 3 day standard shipping that is not including the time it takes to process. After you have received your tracking number, wait about a day to see the status of your package. It can take some time to appear in the system.

I cannot stress this enough, if there is an error in your address please contact me via email [email protected] BEFORE your package has been shipped so that I can manually change it. After you’ve received tracking number your address cannot be changed and the fault will be on you.

Damages and issues
Once the item is out of my hands, I have no control on how they are handled. I do not guarantee refunds for damaged items caused by mail services.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

All sales are final. I will not accept returns due to sanitary reasons.

If your items have been lost AFTER they've been shipped out, or claim they have been delivered to customer (yet you have not gotten the item), they cannot be refunded.

If you’ve made an error on your part (wrong address/ordered wrong product) please email [email protected] to discuss a refund.
